Your Success Coach supports your child through one-to-one meetings and ongoing communication, helping them set academic and personal goals and stay on track throughout the year.
The Success Coach plays a key role in supporting your child throughout the academic year. Depending on the learning model, students receive between three and six one-to-one meetings, along with ongoing communication with both parents and students.
Success Coaches take a holistic approach, helping students set meaningful goals across academics, personal development, and even extracurricular or leadership aspirations. They are trained success professionals — not classroom teachers — which allows them to give personalised guidance, monitor wellbeing and study habits, and ensure students stay motivated and focused throughout the year.
