A Strong Start to Learning

Cambridge Primary is the first stage of the internationally recognised Cambridge education pathway used by schools around the world.

Designed for students aged 7–11, the programme builds strong foundations in reading, writing, mathematics and scientific thinking while encouraging curiosity and confidence in learning.

At IWS, students learn through live teaching, guided activities and discussion that help them develop positive learning habits before progressing to Lower Secondary.

Learning in Practice

Students experience learning at IWS in different ways. Below are reflections from Primary School students.
A Curious Explorer
Science is one of my favourite lessons because we explore questions and share our ideas with the class. Sometimes everyone has a different answer and we discuss which one makes the most sense.
— Primary Student
A Young Global Learner
My family lives in different countries during the year, so I needed a school I could continue wherever we are. At IWS I learn with students from many places and we talk about different ideas in class.
— Primary Student
Growing in Confidence
At first I was shy about speaking during lessons. My teachers encouraged me to share my ideas and now I enjoy answering questions and taking part in discussions.
